Each year, students interested in participating in CCP, along with a parent/guardian, are required to attend one CCP Information Session with Mrs. Warren. Current CCP students and a parent/guardian are also required to meet with Mrs. Warren annually.
If you were unable to attend either of this year’s CCP Informational Sessions held on November 4, and February 24, you are invited to attend a Virtual CCP Q&A Session with Mrs. Warren at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, March 31.
You need to review Mogadore’s 2025-26 CCP Program Information Packet as well as the CCP Public Annual Information Session Handouts from ODHE before this meeting. College representatives will be there to answer your college-specific questions.
After the meeting, complete and return the CCP Counseling Session Verification form and the Intent to Participate in CCP. The Intent to Participate in CCP is due to me no later than Tuesday, April 1. Email the forms to mo_warren@mogadore.net by 11:59 P.M. on April 1. Any student who fails to provide the notification by the required date may not participate in the program in the next semester or term without the written consent of the principal or equivalent.
