Mogadore residents with students entering kindergarten will also enroll via FinalForms. Please note children must be 5 years of age by August 1st of the anticipated school year to enroll. Confirm you are in the correct school year to begin the enrollment request.

Renewal information for open enrolled students currently attending will be sent home in the spring and must be returned by the specified due date. Open enrolled students are required to provide two current documents showing proof of residency.

Those interested in applying for open enrollment for a new school year should check the website for updates by April 1st each year. Enrollment is based on availability by grade and is first come first served. NEW open enrollment requests for the upcoming school year will be submitted via a Google Form found on the school website, mogadore.net. The Google Form for new open enrollment requests for students will go live Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 8:00 A.M.
